Delmor is an independant estate agency. The business was founded by husband and wife Jim & Jenny Morman in 1982. The foundations of the business have been built on genuinely caring about the client. Both Jim and Jenny were born and bred in the community which they serve. They care deeply about their clients and have taken great pride in serving the people of Cowdenbeath and West Fife. This passionate feeling for the local community is one of the cornerstones on which Delmor has grown it's business.

In June 2003 Morris Nunn and Liz Greenhall joined the business as partners and the expansion of the mortgage and financial services side of the business began. In August 2005 Andrew Watt joined as a partner to help expand the estate agency side of the business.This coincided with the opening of the new branch in Kirkcaldy.

Being an independent estate agent means that Delmor can personalise the service they provide to you . They do not have the time constraints and overheads that large corporations have and can therefore do more for you, at less cost to you.
