Jennifer Morman F.N.A.E.A.

Jennifer was born and bred in Cowdenbeath and married her husband Jim in 1971. Jim was born and bred in Hill o' Beath. Together they have raised their family in the local community and built what is now a very successful business.

Morris Nunn

Morris was born in Dunfermline and is proud to have been raised in the Kingdom of Fife. Morris and his his wife Jill now live and raise their family in Dalgety Bay.

Morris joined Delmor in 2003 after a very successful career with the Pearl assurance. During his 15 years with the Pearl he was a top performing senior consultant and district manager. He has extensive managerial experience and product knowledge that he continues to use to great effect. He specialises in Investment and pension advice.

Liz Greenhall CeMAP

Liz was born and bred in Dunfermline, along with husband Phil they are raising their children in the town.

Liz also had a very successful carreer with the Pearl before joining Delmor in 2003. She joined the Pearl in 1976 and worked as an office manager/area manager and a training and compliance manager.

Andrew Watt F.N.A.E.A , CEMAP

Andrew was born and bred in Buckhaven and now lives in Leven with his wife Shirley and daughter Millie. He has been an Estate Agent since 1984.

Between 1984 he has worked for Smith & Grant solicitors in Leven, Stuart Wyse & Ogilvie (Edinburgh and Glenrothes), Nationwide, Delmor (Cowdenbeath) and Slater Hogg & Howison (Kirkcaldy) He joined Your Move in 1993.

During his time with Your Move he was a top performing senior branch manger in Glenrothes. He was an area sales manager with Your Move for Grampian and Tayside before changing career direction and becoming a very successful senior mortgage and financial advisor based in the Kirkcaldy branch in 2000.

Andrew knows what all the other estate agents out there provide in terms of service and what their charges are. He is running the Kirkcaldy branch with a level of service to our clients that we believe will exceed that of other agents and at very competitive fees.

Andrew has extensive knowledge of the property and mortgage market. He is based in the Kirkcaldy branch and will be conducting free market valuations on a daily basis.He is also fully qualified to be able to provide you with mortgage advice.
